1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a consultation, engaging our Services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client ("you") and PestGuard Sydney ("us", "we").
2. Services
PestGuard Sydney agrees to provide professional pest control services as outlined in a formal quote or service agreement. The client must provide safe and unobstructed access to all necessary areas for our technicians.
3. Bookings, Quotes & Payments
- All bookings are considered requests until formally confirmed by our team.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be revised if the pest problem is more extensive than initially assessed.
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safety and effectiveness, you agree to:
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.
- Inform us of any known hazards, allergies, or sensitive situations (e.g., pregnancy, infants) prior to treatment.
- Implement reasonable prevention measures as recommended by our technicians.
5. Service Warranty
A service warranty, if applicable, will be defined in your service agreement. The warranty is void if the client has not fulfilled all obligations under these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from the client's failure to follow our instructions.
